Overview

To manage overall Sepang and Putrajaya site Facilities Management activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all machineries and equipment.

Ensure access to AMCS and SAE facilities is properly controlled and recorded, complying with Airport authority requirements.

Follow National environment requirements (EQA Act 127) and ensure proper waste management.

Maintain all Facilities Management domains, including plants, waste management, and fire detection systems.

Respond to audit reports and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.

Coordinate service level agreements with Facilities Management providers according to key performance indicators.

Manage Vendor Management & Contract reviews.

Support new renovation/projects and play an active role in Health, Safety & Environment compliance.

Provide administrative support for smooth business processes and budgeting under Facilities, Security & Environment scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with NAA Standards.

• Ensure fire detection/protection systems are operational and maintained.

• Monitor and manage Security risks and implement Site Security Plans.

• Uphold Airbus Values, Leadership Model, and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Professional level experience in Facilities Management and Security.

• Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance.

• Technical knowledge in safety, maintenance, and renovation projects.
